Once upon a time, not so long ago, two Arab girls, anxious about the current state of graphic design in the Middle East, decided that it was about time that they had set up a design studio. Their paths had split after graduating from the American University of Sharjah only to traverse once again and embody their passion for design and simply everything typo/graphic. It was after sleepless nights of sketching, long distance phone calls, lengthy brainstorming sessions and intense negotiations that Abjad Design was born.
